What is Hillel?

Hillel is the largest Jewish campus organization in the world and helps us as students make connections to the Jewish life. If you are looking to continue your involvement in Jewish studies, Hillel is the club for you! Hillel is not just for Jewish students who want to continue practicing Judaism, we are open to all student body! If you are interested in learning more about Judaism come check us out because we would love to have you!

Ball State Hillel was started in 1961 and has been rapidly growing ever since. We have successfully celebrated many Jewish holidays each year! On top of weekly meetings and celebrating Jewish events, we also try to get involved in many other events such as volunteering, fundraising opportunities, as well as many others.

There is also a synagogue downtown called Temple Beth El, which is a
reform temple located at 525 W. Jackson Street in Muncie, Indiana.
We are small but mighty!
